For our latest character design project we had to design an anthropomorphic character and rotate the head while changing his expression, I liek the was mine turned out, and im very pleased with the name, Tucan Dan, no relation to Tucan Sam, common mistake though.

-I start with Illustrator (because of the PEN tool) and then take it to PS for filters and touches.
