After a month or so of just sitting around on my computer, I finally got around to painting this guy. I tried a different approach then I'm normally used to, it was stresful, but it was a fun experiment.
Keeping with the theme of bike riding, on September 5th, a very good friend of mine, Mark Schroeter, will be cycling ACROSS CANADA with 27 other
national riders in the Sears National Kids Cancer Ride. It is an event
held to raise awareness for childhood cancer across our country. As a national rider, he has not only commited to biking coast to coast, but also to raising a minimum of $25,000.
Its a really amazing thing that hes doing, and I thought I'd spread the word on my blog, if you feel like helping out a great cause please feel free to visit http://markschroeter.snkcr.com. Anything helps so spread the word.
Thanks guys.
